Our Classic Blend Coffee is a blend of four different origins. Brazil, Guatemala, Sumatra and Colombia that really combine stunning aromas, flavours & is the perfect coffee both with and without milk.

Method: Shade-grown, Giling Basah & Washed 
Region: Cerrado, Patos De Minas, Minas Gerais (Brazil), Leon Cortez de Tarrazu (Guatamala), Bener Mariah Regency in Aceh (Sumatra) 
Elevation: 1150 (Brazil), 1000–1500 (Sumatra), 1650-1850 (Colombia)

We roast your coffee freshly twice a week, this means if we need to roast fresh beans your order will ship within a matter of days and not necessarily same/next day. This is because we want to supply you the freshest coffee we can to make sure we do not sacrifice the best flavours and quality. 

With the exception of the Colombia, all of the coffees in this blend are sourced through Falcon Coffees, who have an amazing mission to ensure the sustainability of the coffee and therefore maintain a positive relationship with the farmers. 
The Colombian Arabica coffee is directly sourced through Aluna, who are our first Direct Trade Partners, The EL CHUSCAL 2020 (used in this blend) is from their own farm in the Nirino Region. We love this coffee..a LOT!
