Our Honduras coffee is our Single Origin option & produced using a washed process also known as “WetProcess”. This means ripe cherries are de-pulped to remove the outer skin, then fermented in tanks for up to 18 hours to break down the mucilage. The coffee is fully washed and density graded in water channels, it is then sun-dried. The coffee is raked and turned often on patios to ensure it dries consistently. The coffee is dried to make sure it is below a 12% moisture content. This means the coffee is then perfect for us to roast.Grown in San Marcos (a region in Honduras) this coffee is SHG which means ‘Strictly High Grown” grown at 1350 to 1500 MSA giving it its lovely flavour. This is easily done as Honduras has a lot of mountains.

We roast your coffee freshly twice a week, this means if we need to roast fresh beans your order will ship within a matter of days and not necessarily same/next day. This is because we want to supply you the freshest coffee we can to make sure we do not sacrifice the best flavours and quality.
