Our original Chipotle & Bourbon BBQ Sauce is created using the world-renowned chipotle chilli, Mexican and Portuguese oregano, bourbon whiskey and a unique blend of herbs and spices.
A perfect accompaniment for pulled pork, ribs or beef brisket, adding to your burger or on the side to dip your wedges in. It can also be used as a marinade, awesome in baked beans and great for crispy chicken wings.

We like to use our ‘Smokey Chipotle BBQ Rub’ on a rack of ribs and cook low and slow in the smoker before finishing with a glaze of our Chipotle & Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Also amazing on a pizza base with a little tomato to give it that extra zing and smokey flavour.
